Terms of Service
Effective: July 30, 2026
Service
Shuka is an independent event-discovery service for Israeli LGBTQ events and organized activities. It provides search, event details, venue and event-line information, and indexing of verified public event information.
No organizer or ticketing relationship
Shuka is not an event organizer, venue, ticket seller, payment processor, or agent for any organizer. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Purchases, cancellations, refunds, entry requirements, and event attendance are handled by the relevant third party.
Accuracy and changes
Shuka aims to present accurate public information, but events may be changed, postponed, sold out, moved, or cancelled. Users should confirm important details with the organizer, venue, or ticket provider before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Shuka to submit private, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or unverified event information. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use it to collect personal information about others.
Indexing public events
Shuka may add or update verified public event records in its shared search database after user approval. Submission does not guarantee that information will remain indexed, and records may be corrected or removed when appropriate.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Shuka is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate event information, third-party services, purchases, attendance, or service interruption.
Privacy
Use of Shuka is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
